Terms and Conditions

1 – Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coach Portal Hub (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2 – Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activities under your account.

3 – Services Provided

Coach Portal Hub allows coaches to list services and clients to book them. We may add or modify features at any time.

4 – User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the Service. You warrant that you have the rights to your content and it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5 – Fees & Payments

(Optional clause – delete if not applicable.) Service fees, commission rates and payment terms are outlined on our Pricing page. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; additional gateway terms apply.

6 – Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law

• Post false, misleading or harmful content

• Upload viruses or malicious code

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code

• Interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Service.

7 – Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, logos and trademarks are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or exploit them without permission.

8 – Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate by deleting your account. Clauses that by nature should survive will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

9 – Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of listings.

10 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Portal Hub will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the higher of KWD 100 or the total fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

11 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Courts of Kuwait City have exclusive jurisdiction. We may agree to alternative dispute resolution before litigation.

13 – Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes 15 days in advance.
